Job Opp: Professional Services Analyst in Jerusalem

Seeking a Professional Services Analyst for full-time work at a small medical software company (Hi-Tech) based in central Jerusalem. This position will require the candidate to support customer project implementations and client communication. The candidate should be a team player, an efficient problem solver, organized, detail oriented and should have excellent English communication skills (oral and written).

The candidate must be prepared to work in a flexible and fast paced environment and work hours that will facilitate supporting US clients (12pm-8pm).  

Summary of Responsibilities:

·         Support the Professional Services team to build/implement documents and spreadsheets that will be incorporated in the software

·         Communicate with clients during the implementation process in web meetings and email

·         QA of software

·         Play a key role in the Tech Support/Customer service Team, including managing the internal Tech Support Center

·         Provide emergency support during non-business hours on a rotating basis

Candidate should fit the following requirements:

·         1-3 years work experience

·         Excellent written and verbal English skills

·         University Degree

·         Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel,Word, Outlook) required

·         Experience with Microsoft Project is an advantage

·         Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

·         Technologically savvy and willing to learn new software programs and processes

·         Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

·         Detail oriented and organized

·         Familiarly/ experience working with the American market

·         Project Management experience is an advantage

·         QA experience is an advantage

·         Medical software experience an advantage
