Midrash Manicures is an innovative educational venture that features weekly manicure designs for the Torah portion and Jewish holidays. The MidrashManicures.com website was launched in July of 2011 to promote this unique form of Jewish expression. The response to Midrash Manicures has been overwhelming. The venture has been covered by The New York Times, The Jewish Week, and dozens of other publications. Jewish educators nationally have contacted Midrash Manicures in hopes of bringing Midrash Manicures workshops to their communities. Recently, utilizing the extensive training at PresenTense, Midrash Manicures has launched a product line of nail decals and was able to widen its reach to include synagogues, summer camps, and other Jewish institutions across the United States.
