Michael is an International Relations junior student at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. After completing 3 years of military service in the IDF artillery corps, he spent two summers as a Shaliach for the Jewish Agency at Camp Ramah in California, where he worked as a counselor for campers aged 14-16. Michael grew up in Be'er-Sheva after making Aliyah with his family from the former Soviet Union in 1992. As an avid news-addict, he is very interested in Israeli politics and history and would like to develop greater involvement of the public in the political process. Michael's additional interests include hiking and traveling the world, and he dreams of one day completing the Israel national trail.
