Hub Printing Guide

 

To Install the PresenTense HP MFP Printer on a MAC system:
  1. Confirm that you are connected to the Presentense-Hub Wireless network.
  2. From the apple menu, select preferences
  3. Select Print and Fax
  4. In the Protocol Pull-Down menu, select “HP Jet Direct – Socket”
  5. In the Address field, enter 192.168.1.240
  6. In the Name field provide a logical name such as “Presentense Printer”
  7. Click Add and then continue.
 
To Install the PresenTesne HP MFP Printer on windows XP systems
  1. Confirm that you are connected to the Presentense-Hub Wireless network.
  2. Next, Download the HP Printer Drivers fromhttp://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp...
  3. Once the file is download, double click on the installer. The program will extract files and will launch the installer.
  4. Chose “Select from a list of detected printers” and click next.
  5. Select the printer located in the graphic above and click next. The program will proceed and install and configure the printer.
