Netaly Ophir-Flint is the executive director of the Reut Institute. Last year Netaly lived in Boston, where she completed an MA in public policy at Harvard as a Wexner Fellow. Prior to studying at Harvard, Netaly served as VP of the Reut Institute, and as part of her work, she directed the content team which focused on Israel relations and the Jewish world, and was responsible for strategic development, financial management, and ongoing management of the organization.
Prior to joining Reut, Netaly was a lecturer in international relations at the Hebrew University and filled several positions at the Research Shalem Center. Netaly has an MA in International Relations and Dispute Resolution, and a BA in International Relations and History from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. She served in the IDF as a trainer for the Armored Corps, where she worked with officers in the Israeli army and foreign armies. Netaly is married to Nir and they have two children.
